What we collect and why

When you send a consultation request, we collect your name, email address, optional business name, selected service, message and acknowledgement of this notice. We use this information to consider and handle your enquiry and take steps at your request before any agreement. We do not add you to a marketing list.

How requests are handled

Requests are stored in a private website administration area. Only authorised administrators can access them. Submitting the form does not send an automatic email. Our website hosting provider processes information to operate and protect the website. We do not sell enquiry information.

Retention and security

Enquiry records are retained for 180 days and then deleted by a daily scheduled task. Server backups may retain a deleted record for up to a further 30 days. Access logs used for security and fault diagnosis are kept for up to 30 days. A one-hour rate-limit record uses a keyed hash of the connection address to limit abuse; it is not used for advertising.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or raise an objection or restriction request where applicable. Contact info@tiyenbrand.com. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity before acting. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

There are no analytics or advertising scripts on this website. Our Cookie notice explains the necessary administration cookies and the acknowledgement stored on your device. Do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information through the enquiry form.
